Terms and Conditions:

The only way to determine the price or availability of an item is to attend the sale - no presales. Please use the NW door to the building - no other entrance or exit. No public restrooms. No food or drink. We accept cash and check with proper ID, also Visa, MasterCard and Discover. All sales are final. Bids are accepted on items over $50.00. Statements made day of sale take precedence over any previously published material. Most of the items have original boxes, some of which will be stored separately near the exit. Once you pay for your items, you can match up the corresponding boxes. A small black dot on an item's price tag indicates an original box. The following price discounts have been adopted for this sale:

Wednesday - 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM - All items are full price.
Thursday - 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM - 25% off all items.
Friday - 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM - 50% off all items.

I can't overemphasize the scope and depth of this collection. If we were selling just the Longaberger, Dept 56, Hallmark, or Lowell Davis collections by themselves, they would each be the largest collection of their type we have ever sold! Put together, it adds up to the largest collectibles sale in our history. There are top-notch items in each category, and I think you will find the prices are very reasonable - even on the first day. It is our goal to sell everything in three days with nothing left over using the discount schedule listed above. If I can answer any general questions about the sale, please let me know. I guarantee you have never seen anything like this sale before. I look forward to seeing you at the sale. - Gregg
